We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, fresh products to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our items, all sales are final once they have been purchased. We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for any of our coffee beans.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
